Sweet Sleep Request

Use this form to request a Sweet Sleep Pillowcase.

Sweet Sleep is a ministry of Clayton Baptist Church in Clayton, GA. The ministry combines the gift of prayers with the gift of a handmade pillowcase made by loving hands. As each person signs the pillowcase, they receive a prayer card which is a reminder to pray for you.

The pillowcase is completely machine washable and the signatures are permanent. Our purpose is to offer a special gift of care and prayer that may provide a feeling of “sweet sleep” as the individual places their head on the pillow to rest.

The ministry began in January, 2008 to honor the late John Purvis, the son of a church member, Joy Purvis. John was diagnosed at the age of 23 with a Grade IV Glioblastoma Multiforme Brain Cancer. John valiantly fought the cancer for over 5 years, and passed away on March 29, 2012.
